Mason
Experienced masons for brickwork, plastering, and repairs.
What a Mason does
A mason builds and finishes in block, brick, and render. The work is measured on line, level, and plumb, so the difference between a trained mason and a labourer shows up immediately in wall tolerance and in how much the finishing trades have to correct.
Day to day
- Lay block and brick to line, level, and plumb
- Mix mortar and render to the specified ratio
- Apply internal and external plaster to a finished standard
- Form openings, reveals, and build in fixings
- Carry out patching and repair works
What we screen for
- Three or more years working as a mason
- Can work from drawings and set out from a datum
- Confident with block, brick, and plaster finishes
- Site safety aware and comfortable at height with edge protection
How we place them
Every placement runs through the same five steps, whatever the role.
- 1 Step 01
Employer submits a request with role, quantity, and requirements
- 2 Step 02
We shortlist pre-screened, trained candidates from our talent pool
- 3 Step 03
Candidates are interviewed and selected by the employer
- 4 Step 04

- 5 Step 05
Workers are deployed and supported throughout their contract
Why hire a Mason through us
Masonry is the trade where an unverified claim costs the most in rework. We ask for work history by project type and check it before shortlisting, so you are not paying a finishing crew to fix a wall.
- Pre-screened, trained, and verified candidates
- End-to-end documentation and visa support
- Dedicated support throughout the contract period
- Transparent pricing with no hidden fees
